            The Committee on Finance moved to amend the bill by striking out everything after the enacting clause and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

            That the total appropriation for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2015, to fund 0306, fiscal year 2015, organization 0402, be supplemented and amended by adding a new item of appropriation as follows:
